The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay has been picked to win the 2009-10 Horizon League women's basketball title, according to the League's annual preseason poll. The Phoenix received 266 points and 19 of 28 first-place votes from head coaches, sports information directors and media members. (more)

Milwaukee at Green Bay women's basketball game on ESPNU moved to Feb. 13

The Horizon League office announced Monday (Oct. 19) that the women's basketball game featuring the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay on ESPNU previously scheduled for Feb. 12 has been moved to Saturday, Feb. 13. The game will tip-off at 6 p.m. Eastern / 5 p.m. Central from the Kress Events Center on the Green Bay campus. (more)
