INDIANAPOLIS – The fourth week of #HLWBB play continued on Saturday as IUPUI improved to 5-2 with a home win over UIC.

IUPUI earned its fifth League win on Saturday, topping UIC, 71-43 in the Jungle. Three Jaguars scored in double figures, including Katelyn O’Reilly who led all scorers with 16 points, while Macee Williams added 15 and Sydney Roule added 12. Kienya Jones led the Flames with 13 points, adding six rebounds.

MOTOR CITY MADNESS
The 2019 Little Caesars Horizon League Basketball Championships will begin March 5-6 and will culminate with the semifinal and championship games on March 11-12 at Detroit’s Little Caesars Arena. The 2019 men’s and women’s championship games will take place on Tuesday, March 12 with the men playing at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN or ESPN2 and the women starting at noon ET on ESPNU. Tickets for the semifinals and championship go on-sale on February 1. Once quarterfinal games conclude on March 5 and 6, fan section information for participating teams will be announced.

State-of-the-art Little Caesars Arena, winner of the 2018 SBJ Facility of the Year, is located in The District Detroit — a vibrant area full of restaurants, bars, parks, and other destinations.
