Milwaukee earned its first League victory of the season on Thursday, topping Youngstown State 71-68 in overtime. Megan Walstad led the Panthers with 20 points and ten rebounds in the victory, while Jamie Reit added 17 points. The Penguins were led by Sarah Cash who posted 25 points.

Green Bay 62, Cleveland State 53
Green Bay improved to 3-1 in #HLWBB play with a 62-53 home win over Cleveland State on Thursday. Laken James and Lyndsey Robson each posted 11 points to lead the Phoenix. Mariah Miller led the Vikings with 15 points.

MOTOR CITY MADNESS
The 2019 Little Caesars Horizon League Basketball Championships will begin March 5-6 and will culminate with the semifinal and championship games on March 11-12 at Detroit’s Little Caesars Arena. The 2019 men’s and women’s championship games will take place on Tuesday, March 12 with the men playing at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN or ESPN2 and the women starting at noon ET on ESPNU. Tickets for the semifinals and championship go on-sale on February 1. Once quarterfinal games conclude on March 5 and 6, fan section information for participating teams will be announced.

State-of-the-art Little Caesars Arena, winner of the 2018 SBJ Facility of the Year, is located in The District Detroit — a vibrant area full of restaurants, bars, parks, and other destinations.
