INDIANAPOLIS- Cleveland State’s Khayla Livingston led #HLWBB with 31.5 points per game in two road wins this week. Livingston is the Horizon League Women’s Basketball Player of the Week. Youngstown State freshman Chelsea Olson nearly averaged a double-double again this week, averaging ten points and nine rebounds per game, earning her Freshman of the Week honors for the third straight week.

Khayla Livingston averaged 31.5 points per game and 6.5 rebounds per game on a .450 field goal percentage in two wins last week. The redshirt senior also shot 51-percent from three-point. The Florida native posted a career-high 36 points at Detroit Mercy including a Cleveland State single-game record nine three-pointers. Her 36 points marked the highest single-game total since the 2001-02 season. Livingston then followed her career-high performance with 27 points at Oakland. For her career, she now ranks 11th on the CSU Scoring Chart with 1,333 career points and is just five three-pointers shy of setting a program record (currently has 213 three-pointers).

Chelsea Olson nearly averaged a double-double with 20 points, 18 rebounds and nine assists in two wins last week. The freshman averaged 10 points, 9 rebounds and 4.5 assists as YSU won its second and third straight conference road games. The Wisconsin scored 12 points and added nine rebounds and five assists in the win at Oakland. Olson scored eight points with nine rebounds, four assists and a pair of 3-pointers in the victory at Detroit Mercy.
