INDIANAPOLIS – Youngstown State sophomore Chelsea Olson averaged a double-double with 16.5 points and 10.5 rebounds in a pair of road wins over Detroit Mercy and Oakland. Olson is the #HLWBB Nike® Player of the Week for the first time in her career. Cleveland State freshman Savanna Crockett averaged 11.5 points and 9.0 rebounds in a two victories for the Vikings this week. Crockett is the #HLWBB Nike® Freshman of the Week for the fourth time this season.

Olson averaged 16.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 3.0 steals in leading YSU to a pair of wins. She shot 61.5 percent overall from the field (8-of-13), 71.4 percent from beyond the arc (5-of-7) and 80 percent (12-of-15) from the free-throw line. The sophomore scored 18 points and tied a career high with four 3-pointers on Friday at Detroit Mercy, adding six rebounds and six assists with just one turnover. The Wisconsin native scored 15 points and grabbed a career-best 15 rebounds at Oakland on Sunday and also had four assists and a career-best four steals. Olson posted 11 points and six rebounds in the fourth period to help YSU outscore the Golden Grizzlies 30-13.

Crockett averaged 11.5 points and 9.0 rebounds in a pair of Horizon League victories over Oakland and Detroit Mercy. The Wisconsin native posted her seventh double-double of the season with 16 points and 12 rebounds at Oakland and followed that up with seven points and six rebounds at Detroit Mercy. Crockett also recorded four blocked shots on the weekend, and has a team-high 20 blocks on the season. The freshman shot 42-percent from the floor on the weekend, including a .545 clip against Oakland (6-for-11).
