Raiders Continue to Roll with Win at Detroit Mercy
DETROIT (WSURaiders.com) – Jumping out to a 19-3 first quarter lead, the Wright State women's basketball team picked up its third Horizon League win 88-60 at Detroit Mercy Saturday afternoon. Four Raiders led the offensive attack with a double-figure scoring efforts from senior Chelsea Welch with 29 points, Mackenzie Taylor with 15 points and Lexi Smith with 14 points. Symone Simmons had her second double-double of the weekend with 12 points and 12 rebounds. Emily Vogelpohl grabbed 11 rebounds.

Abshaw Ties Career-High as Vikings Hold On To Defeat UIC, 70-67
CLEVELAND, OHIO (CSUVikings.com) – Behind a career-high tying 32-point effort from Ashanti Abshaw, the Cleveland State women's basketball team got back in the win column Saturday, picking up a 70-67 victory over UIC. The Vikings now stand at 11-4 overall this season and 3-1 in Horizon League play.
