INDIANAPOLIS- Green Bay’s Jessica Lindstrom led the Phoenix to a 2-0 week with a pair of road wins. The senior led the league with 14.5 rebounds per game while averaging 21.5 points per game and scoring her 1000th career point. Lindstrom is the Horizon League women’s basketball Player of the Week. Northern Kentucky’s Kailey Coffey averaged 11.5 points per game and 6 rebounds a game for the Norse this week. Coffey is the Freshman of the Week.

Jessica Lindstrom helped lead Green Bay to a 2-0 record in a pair of road games last week, averaging 21.5 PPG and 14.5 RPG. The senior started the week off with a 29 point/17 rebound performance to surpass the 1,000 points barrier and move into seventh on Green Bay’s all-time rebounding list. The 29 points scored at Dayton set a new career high for the Wisconsin native and the 17-rebound effort tied her previous career best. She finished the week with a double-double in both games.

Coffey had a career scoring night against Austin Peay with 16 points while leading the Norse with eight rebounds before a solid  stat line of seven points, four rebounds, two assists, two blocks and two steals against Indiana. Over week, Coffey led the Norse with a .500 field-goal percentage, and went a perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line.
