INDIANAPOLIS — Detroit Mercy men’s basketball won a thriller on Wednesday night, with redshirt-junior forward Kameron Chatman hitting a game-winning runner with just two seconds remaining to help the Titans earn a 72-70 road win at Saint Louis. Chatman finished with 18 points and a team-high nine rebounds, while junior guard Josh McFolley led the Titans (3-2) with 22 points, including a game-best 7-of-7 shooting mark from the foul line. Additionally, host UIC defeated Olivet Nazarene, 107-83, on Wednesday, with Marcus Ottey and Tai Odiase leading the Flames with 23 and 21 points, respectively.

SAINT LOUIS -- The game started with an 8-0 deficit, but the Titans came back and with the clock winding down, redshirt junior Kameron Chatmanhit a tough jumper in the paint for the game winner as the University of Detroit Mercy men's basketball team defeated Saint Louis, 72-70, on the road on Wednesday.
